    Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter.
  • Beyond that:
    Freeze it - our sourdough freezes perfectly.

    Pre-slice before freezing for convenience.

    Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag.

    Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch.
  • Never refrigerate.
    Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.

It's not required - just stop by and pick up a fresh loaf.

No, our sourdough is made with wheat, which contains gluten. 

However, our long fermentation process breaks down much of the gluten, making it easier to digest for many people who are sensitive to regular bread. 

Plus, many gluten sensitivities come from additives and preservatives found in processed bread - ingredients we never use. 

If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, our bread is not suitable.

Can you slice the bread for me?
Yes! However, if the bread is warm, it won't be possible to pre-slice it.

Is there parking?
Yes, we are located behind the building on the actual parking lot.
