Ingredients: Organic stone-milled wheat flour, water, salt, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, rosemary.

  • For the first 3 days:
    Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter.
  • Beyond that:
    Freeze it - our sourdough freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before freezing for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag.
  • Never refrigerate.
    Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.
  • Miami Metro Shipping:
    Monday to Friday.
  • South Florida Shipping:
    Monday to Thursday.
  • Rest of Florida shipping:
    Monday to Wednesday.
  • Out of Florida shipping:
    Currently, we don't ship out of Florida.

    Important:
    North Florida orders placed after Wednesday noon may ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

    - Warm, crunchy loaves are available 7am but can’t be pre-sliced.

Love this clean bread. I buy every time i go to Florida and stared ordering to vegas now. Got here on time. Juts freeze it and use as you want. Only bread ill have.

Just the right balance of juicy raisins and cinnamon

This bread is hearty, stores well and goes well with cream cheese, smoked salmon or PP&J. The density is superb, in that the bread slices well and can be used with many spreads. The quality and durability are superb.

Great Bread

My kids and I love this bread. We get delivery which is really convenient. The latest loaf was baked too dark so that was a bit disappointing. I'd still reorder.

Could have been great…

Our bread was received in a very banged up box, in bags that were open or torn. All 3 loaves were super dry. Not sure I want to eat bread that’s open when I receive it.
