Refund policy
You can only request an order cancellation and full refund if your order has not been processed yet, and production has not started.
To request a cancellation or return, you can contact us at order@domaselo.com. If your request is accepted, we will notify you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the order arrives damaged, we will either offer you a duplicate to be sent to you or a gift card from our store which you can use on future orders.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bread cannot be returned just because you changed your mind. It is a perishable good and it is custom made, we hope you understand.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
