Storage Instructions
- For the first 3 days:
Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter. - Beyond that:
Freeze it, it freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before freezing, for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag. - Never refrigerate.
Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.

Great bread, feels fresh.
I am hooked! Domaselo's country sourdough is the feel-good piece of bread you must have. The crust has that perfect crackle when you cut into it, and the inside is soft with just the right amount of tang. Delish for avocado toast or a sandwich for the kids' lunch. Do yourself a favor and grab a loaf, you won't go back to grocery store bread again.
