  • For the first 3 days:
    Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter.
  • Beyond that:
    Freeze it, it freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before, for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag.
  • Never refrigerate.
    Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.

Good Old Fashioned Bread

This is the bread is amazing, I just ordered 6 loaves along with 3 other loaves and I eat it every day because it is so delicious. All of their breads have all healthy ingredients, no junk is in their breads. I will continue to order from them.
