  • For the first 3 days:
    Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter.
  • Beyond that:
    Freeze it - our sourdough freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before freezing for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag.
  • Never refrigerate.
    Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.
  • Nationwide shipping:
    Monday to Wednesday.
  • Florida shipping:
    Monday to Thursday.
  • Miami Metro Shipping:
    Monday to Friday.

    Important:
    Out-of-state orders placed after Wednesday 1pm may ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
  • Store Pickup

    - Pickup hours: 7am–9pm.
    - Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
    - Warm, crunchy loaves are available 7am but can’t be pre-sliced.
    - Slicing starts around 9:30–10am (morning batch needs to cool off).
