  • For the first 3 days:
    Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter.
  • Beyond that:
    Freeze it, it freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before freezing, for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag.
  • Never refrigerate.
    Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.
