Made in Brittany by Maison Bordier, one of France’s last remaining artisanal butter-makers, using milk from grass-fed cows and a traditional hand-working method passed down for generations.Folded with sweet Roscoff AOP onions for a mix of salty, gently caramelized onion flavor and little flaky onion pieces.Incredible on warm Domaselo sourdough (think French onion toast), and also brilliant with steak, roasted potatoes, eggs, or savory tarts.
