Storage Instructions
- For the first 3 days:
Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter. - Beyond that:
Freeze it, it freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before freezing, for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag. - Never refrigerate.
Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.

These sourdough breads are the real deal and as good as they can possibly be. I ordered 4 loaves at 0600. I immediately got a text back that Domaselo received my order. At 7:45 another text saying my bread was ready for pickup. This is as easy as it gets. place an order for $40 or more and they will deliver to your door. Outstanding service on the tastiest bread you are likely to ever taste. And sourdough is healthy!
