  • For the first 3 days:
    Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter.
  • Beyond that:
    Freeze it, it freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before freezing, for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag.
  • Never refrigerate.
    Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.

Fantastic to reconnect with Domaselo breads

Domaselo breads are amazing. Had the cinnamon raisin toast with balogna, roasted red pepper hummus and a cup of coffee for breakfast so yummy.
