Storage Instructions
- For the first 3 days:
Store in a closed paper bag on the kitchen counter. - Beyond that:
Freeze it, it freezes perfectly. Pre-slice before, for convenience. Toast a slice straight from the freezer for perfect crunch. Ideally, freeze it in a plastic zip-loc bag. - Never refrigerate.
Sourdough bread and fridge are not friends. It'll dry out, and lose its magic.

I ordered 7 loaves of different breads. I gave several away as gifts and they love your bread. I love that even though we sre 2 hours away the bread is shipped freshly baked and arrives in perfect condition.
The multiseed sourdough is outstanding! Perfectly tangy with a hearty crunch from the seeds, it’s flavorful, wholesome, and pairs well with everything. A must-try!
The sample pack seemed very expensive when ordering because I had no idea what to expect, but when I received the 6 full-size loaves of bread, I was very surprised by the great value. I will be ordering again and especially loved the Cinnamon Raisin and Walnut Cranberry loaves.

I try this bread last Saturday and it was the best , best ever. I suffer from gluten bloating but not with this bread. The flavor was fantastic. I will be ordering more of that country bread.
