It is a delicious spread based on wild Boletus Edulis (also called Funghi Porcini) to which Rosara have added the delicious aromatic touch of the truffle.
With a creamy texture and a resounding Boletus flavor, this cream is ideal as an appetizer or as a side to all kinds of dishes.
It is a good base on toasted bread to make tapas or pintxos and combine with multiple ingredients such as: pork or beef tenderloin, artichoke, foie, duck breast, poultry (chicken, turkey ... etc.), salmon or asparagus ... etc.
It is recommended to take at room temperature although it can also be slightly heated.
Boletus (Boletus edulis) (50%), shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes), meat broth, vegetable oil (olive), onion, rice, white wine, cream, garlic, salt, Truffle (Tuber melanosporum) (0.1% ) and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Ideal for spreading directly with toasted bread or also to accompany meats, fish or vegetables. It can be placed on the side of the plate or directly spread over grilled / steamed meat, fish or vegetables.
