Our Multi-Seed Bread is a sourdough loaf made with organic ingredients that provide a rich flavor from the seeds (sesame, flax, and sunflower). It is a long loaf with a thick, golden crust sprinkled with seeds.
It pairs perfectly with Brie, Camembert, or Vacherin cheeses.
Ingredients: Flour (wheat, einkorn, emmer, spelt, and buckwheat), levain (flour, water), roasted pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame on the crust. and sea salt.

Best time to enjoy: Most aroma upon delivery since it is freshly baked for you, a truly special experience. However, most flavor is developed during day 2 and 3. It will last for up to 6 days and makes an amazing toast during days 4, 5, and 6.
