Organic Dried Fruit Bread
Our organic dried fruit bread is a sweet bread made by using the sourdough method. A loaf with a thick, dark golden crust that can be enjoyed at any time of the day by itself or with coffee and tea!
Ingredients: Flour (wheat, einkorn, emmer, spelt, and buckwheat), levain (flour, water), dried cranberry, black raisin, dried apricot, dried figs, water, and sea salt.
Allergens: Gluten and potential traces of nuts.
Weight: 18 oz or 500 grams (weight may vary as each loaf is handcrafted).
Best time to enjoy: Most aroma upon delivery since it is freshly baked for you, a truly special experience. However, most flavor is developed during day 2 and 3. It will last for up to 6 days and makes an amazing toast during days 4, 5, and 6.
