This traditional Manchego Cheese by Campomancha is exquisite and unique Spanish cheese made from sheep’s milk; this is a national heritage which has an ancient history with Denomination of Origin.
This cheese tastes sweet and salty as well as lightly nutty. This cheese is perfect on crusty breads, for snacks or used in sandwiches or as an appetizer in tapas.

How to serve
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature 15 minutes before being consumed.
It is advisable to cut into wedges between 3 and 5 millimeters thick. The edge bark can be left to give a visual clue of the cheese being served.
Serve – if possible – at room temperature. Manchego cheeses taste their best at 68°
