This traditional Manchego Cheese by Campomancha is exquisite and unique Spanish cheese made from sheep’s milk; this is a national heritage which has an ancient history with Denomination of Origin.

Pasteurized Sheep’s Milk, salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, cheese cultures rennet, preservative: Lysozyme (contains egg).

Non Edible Rind. Contains egg and milk.

How to serve

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature 15 minutes before being consumed.
It is advisable to cut into wedges between 3 and 5 millimeters thick. The edge bark can be left to give a visual clue of the cheese being served.
Serve – if possible – at room temperature. Manchego cheeses taste their best at 68°
