We make our bread in 2 different styles: standard and sandwich. The standard style is baked directly on our stone hearth oven, while the sandwich bread is baked in a loaf pan to give it more consistency and a better slice for a sandwich (with a softer crust).
All of our bread is sourdough, a method of making bread - not a specific loaf type. Sourdough bread is defined by its harder, thicker, and crunchier crust (although less apparent in the sandwich loaf) and softer and airy crumb.
We make our bread using organic ingredients and a 100% natural process (aka Sourdough). Our regular loaves weigh approximately 1 lb or 450g (see product info for more details).
