Our Organic Sourdough Baguette is made using organic ingredients and the most natural and authentic method. A long loaf with a thick, golden crust.

Well-suited with meats and soft cheeses, as well as delicacies such as foie gras or salmon.

Ingredients: Flour (wheat, einkorn, emmer, spelt, and buckwheat), levain (flour, water), water, and sea salt.

Allergens: Gluten. Potential walnut traces.

Weight: 11 oz or 300 grams (weight may vary as each loaf is handcrafted).

Best time to enjoy: Most aroma upon delivery since it is freshly baked for you, a truly special experience. However, most flavor is developed during day 2. It will last for up to 5 days unless frozen.

Shipping by mail (UPS/ USPS): Baguettes are thin and mostly crust and they tend not to travel well when shipping takes more than 2 days. The baguette is best enjoyed when received through a local delivery. All other loaves are amazing in both delivery and shipping.
