Organic Bread
We make our bread in 2 different styles: artisan and sandwich. The artisan style is baked directly on our stone hearth oven, while the sandwich bread is baked in a loaf pan to give it more consistency and a better slice for a sandwich (with a softer crust).
All of our bread is sourdough, a method of making bread - not a specific loaf type. Sourdough bread is defined by its harder, thicker, and crunchier crust (although less apparent in the sandwich loaf) and softer and airy crumb.
